Payment

All information collected is confidential. No payment information is kept on file, all invoices are able to be paid online through our secured site. All orders are payable immediately. Minimum order quantity: $150, including reorders.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and taxes if applicable. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Turn-Around Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Holiday orders may require additional processing time of 2-4 weeks. If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds & Returns:
All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made to orders@thelotusandfig.com within 7 business days of receipt of product.
